Eye lid tape - AMAZING eye gadget!

It was only by accident that I stumbled upon a youtube video where someone used this thing called "eye lid tape"....and man am I glad that I did!

This stuff is amazing!!!
It takes like a second to apply and it changes your eyes completely!
It lifts your eye lids and opens up your eye:-)

I took some pics of me wearing the tape - I hope that you can see the difference on these pictures..I was kinda in a hurry so the quality isn't really the best:-/

YAY I've got eyelids now!:-D
I always hated that my eyelids were so heavy because you never could see my eye shadow:-/
This has actually been a very big issue for me so for me to finaly see some partr of my lid is really amazing and I can't wait to play around with different eye makeup looks!

What do you guys think?....do you like the lifted eye look?

Halloween pumpkin ideas!

We love halloween here at home - even though it isn't a danish holliday!
Well some people do celebrate it in dk as well but bostly young people and young families.

Every year we go and buy us some big pumpkins and carve awesome faces into them (followed by about a weeks time pumpkin soup).

We usually find ideas for our faces on the internet so I thought I also would try do a little post with inspirations for pumpkin heads and maby help to inspire you guys:-) Hope you like it!

On halloween night we have almost a tradition for watching scary movies. We decorate the living room with candles and halloween stuff and stay up late - it's usually super fun!

Some people also have halloween costume parties here in DK. It's been a while since the last one I've been to but this year we have actually been talking about throwing one for some of our closest friends:-)

Okay that's all from me for today!
Hope you're having an awesome day:-)
See you guys tomorrow where it's time for another video ^^

My favourite "hot drink" in the cold

It's super windy here where I live today. The sky is blue though so it's really just one of those many autumn days - perfect for a nice hot beverage and a good book:-)

Today I wanted to share some of my favourite hot drinks with you guys in the spirit of the colder times that awaits us:-) All of them can be easily made at home and with some creative decorations made into a lovely delight!

1. We have the classic cup of tea sweeten with honey and freshed up with a slice of lemon! This is pure nostalgia for me as I always got tea with honey and lemon as a child:-)
2. Hot chocolate with cream ans a sprinkle of cinamon is devine during those cold evenings to come!
3. Irish coffe! Sometimes one just want a nice hot drink with a little "kick". Make sure to use a good quality whiskey and make the coffee strong to make it as authentic as possible. A generous amount of cream on top and a brown sugar cane on the side and the drink is ready to be served! You and your guests will love it!:-)

4. Another god sent drink is the chai latte! This is absolutely one of my top favourite drinks for fall/winter. Try to sprinkle some crushed almonds or cinamon on top of the cream - it's amazing!
What do you guys enjoy drinking when it's cold outside?
I also like the classic chai tea, latte and plain coffe but I thought that the other drinks were more fun to highlight for you:-)

Well that's all from me! I have guests comming later on and a workout to do!:-)
Have a great day and see you guys tomorrow!

Dip dyed hair - a trend for fall

So where did this trend even come from?!?...
I must admit that I'm having mixed feelings about it. Some of it looks very pretty and awesome but aome of it just looks like s**t....

I've also noticed that this trend can be devided into two groups; crazy dip dye and natural dip dye. Let me show you what I mean...

NATURAL
CRAZY

NATURAL
CRAZY

Well there you go....I guess it's no secret which one I'm a fan of^^
It's not because I don't like the colorful contrasts - I really do I just can't see my self wearing it out on a regular day to school.
To a party, absolutely! ....I'm just that boring:-P

I guess I've proven my point for today:-P
Take care sweet readers!

Warm delight to the sight - coat inspo!

I need to buy a new jacket for winter because the other one I had just look old.
I've been looking at some pretty cool ones already and just wanted to share some of the pics that gave me inspiration for this years coat shopping:-)
Trenchcoats are and will always be a classic choise!

This is such a cutie from Burberry
Coats with furry collar are to be seen EVERYWHERE...

This is my dream coat! I'm so digging the color!
This jacket resembles the one I'm thinking about buying for this winter. I think it's kinda cute - and warm too!

Very sophisticated and stylish coa

Well I hope you liked the items I found for you today:-)
I'm off to do my INSANITY workout for the day (3rd week still going) and then I'm gonna have me a little Cougar Town marathon! Wuup wupp!

Cute hairstyles for fall

Wherever I look I see either messy, wavy or braided hairstyles this fall.
Which is PERFECT for us "boho nerds"!!:-)

Let's just take a closer look on these high fashion hair trends shall we? :-)

BRAIDED HAIR:

  • You have your classical braid, fish braid and all the other kinds of braid here. Try to keep the style a bit messy if possible in order to give it that natural look.

  • And then you have the half and half braid where you let some of your hair loose and the other loosly braided. I personally LOVE this look!
WAVES:

You guys probably know by now how much I love wavy hairstyles.
This fall the madnes goes on and I can still go around rocking my waves:-P

- Oh by the way, I was thinking about making some video tutorials on how I curl my hair with and without heat - would you like me to do them for you?

  •   Okay, okay maby this ain't exactly "boho" hairstyles but I could just scream for this hair!

MESSY:

So spend a half hour on curling your hair to pure perfection.....aaand THEN MESS IT ALL UP AGAIN:-D
Oh how I LOVE fall!

What is INSANITY 60 days challenge?

...As some of you guys know I've started the INSANITY 60 days challenge programme last week and I'm now currently in the middle of week 2:-)

Before I start explaining how awesome this workout is I've found a little documentary that I would like you to watch:-)

Facts:
  • During the 60 days programme you exercise 6 days a week.
  • The workouts are between 30-55 minutes a day.
  • You already feel stronger and more fit after the first week
Now as for me the first week was pure agony! I had to start eating carbs again in order to do the workouts but since my body wasn't used to eating carbs I litterary blew up like a balloon!

Now I'm in week 2 and I'm finally beginning to loose ll that acces water in my body:-)
I feel stronger (I can do push up's now) and leaner already!

As for cravings - I haven't had any!
I'm fully commited to this programme and the only way I can complete it is by eating things that are good for me and my body.
INSANITY forces you to think of food as fuel - which is a very good thing, especially if you (like me) have a tendency of overeating.

If you have any questions regarding this programme just comment/mail me and I'll get back to you asap:-)

I'm all done with my workout for the day so now there's only rest and  relaxation left! ^^

"HOT accessories of the season" - HATS!

Maby it's just me, but not everyone has a hat head....I know I don't!
But luckely there are a lot of styles to choose from this season so even though the "traditional" shaped hats don't really suits you you can always try some of the others in stead.

Let's tage a look at the two MOST popular hat looks this fall/winter - minus the traditional shaped hats:-)

The "baggy" kind is super IN this fall/winter!

Another BIG hit is the "russian styled" hats - my all time favourite!

Wether you like in woven or in fake fur, like me, you can be sure to look awesome in thi style!!!

If you still can't find the right style to suit your head shape you can always go back to the classics - earmuffs! Yes they are still in fashion!
Try to buy a pair in either fake fur or with some knitted patterns!

So there you go! Some fun inspo that you hopefully can use!
