Since I'm beginning to loose some noticeable weight I have started to experiment with some more revieling pieces.
I'ts awesome to gain confidence!!!
So in season with the pumpkin haha!:-P
The plum colored sweater has a zipper on the right shoulder wich I think gives it a cooler look.
My hat I absolutely adore! I wear it almost daily:-)
Don't you just love thigh high socks?
You can't really tell from the pictures (damn flash!) but the shorts have the American flag logo on them on the left thigh.
The right side is stone washed demin.
You know...when I first got these shorts I could barely fit into them! Now I don't even have to hold my breath to button them:-)
What do you guys think of my new (thrifted) bag; boho or buhu?:-)
I have to go and do my workout now so I can start my day (it's almost noon and I'm still in my bathrope!....I love vacation:-P).
Hope you'll toon in tomorrow where I will be posting a brand new video:-)
Have a great day!

I did it! I've completed week 3:-) HURRA
I feel so much stronger and energized than before INSANITY it's amazing!
I mark off every day that passes:-)
I keep taking pictures every two weeks of my progress but I'll first post them all when I'm finished with the 60 days program:-)
Hopefully you're gonna see a dramatic change!
In order to reward my self I got this awesome parfume!
I thing it's important to reward your self when you're doing a good job:-)
We're having some friends over for pumking soup today (we carved our first halloween pumpkin yesterday) so I'd better get going.
...As some of you guys know I've started the INSANITY 60 days challenge programme last week and I'm now currently in the middle of week 2:-)
Before I start explaining how awesome this workout is I've found a little documentary that I would like you to watch:-)
Facts:
During the 60 days programme you exercise 6 days a week.
The workouts are between 30-55 minutes a day.
You already feel stronger and more fit after the first week
Now as for me the first week was pure agony! I had to start eating carbs again in order to do the workouts but since my body wasn't used to eating carbs I litterary blew up like a balloon!
Now I'm in week 2 and I'm finally beginning to loose ll that acces water in my body:-)
I feel stronger (I can do push up's now) and leaner already!
As for cravings - I haven't had any!
I'm fully commited to this programme and the only way I can complete it is by eating things that are good for me and my body.
INSANITY forces you to think of food as fuel - which is a very good thing, especially if you (like me) have a tendency of overeating.
If you have any questions regarding this programme just comment/mail me and I'll get back to you asap:-)
I'm all done with my workout for the day so now there's only rest and relaxation left! ^^
It's been very crazy over here in "Maja-land" ao I really haven't had the time and energy to make a video in time - so sorry!:-/
I'm
at day 3 now in my 60 days INSANITY challenge and I'm really in a lot
of pain due to all those crazy things we're doing in these dvd's!
In
order to keep up I've had to increase my carb intage to approx 30% of
my daily intake so that sucks a bit because my body isn't all thrilled
about it. but I just hope this is gonna transform my body as all the
other participants in the video:-)
I'm taking on a new challenge...the 60 days insanity excercise programme!
My hubby just got it for him self but when I saw some of the results that people have with this programme I just knew I had to do it with him!
Basically Insanity is a 6 days a week programme where you do crazy hard cardio and muscle toning rutines. You can try and google insanity or simply watch some of the awesome videos on YoTube if you want to know a bit more about it:-)
We start TODAY so you'll be hearing a bit more about it as I (hopefully) progress and I'll probably talk about it in my weekly weight loss videos every sunday/monday either here or on my YouTube channel:-)
Allright I'm off! Have a great Sunday and see you all tomorrow!
Hugs

I'm writing this while my body aches like it's been run over by a train or something!
*sigh*...so I wanted to try this yoga thing that everyone is talking so fondly about....BIGGEST mistake ever!
While everyone talks about how it "relaxes" your body and "helps" you get in "ballace" I did not have that experience at all!
Most of the poses we did I just kept thinking that "my body just broke" and often I seriously didn't know how on earth I would get out of the poses again- without calling the ambulance that is!:-/
...So after the most fear strucking yoga lesson ever my body seriously just felt like crying...
I guess that my body just isn't made for all those wierd poses. My arms are too short and my torso too long and my legs just not flexible ennough:S The only peace I felt during this "relaxing" hour was when it all ended and I could literary crawl out to shower the pain away:-P
So yeah...no yoga for me thank you!
Note: This is not a relaxing pose...no matter how pretty de damn sunrise is and how freakin smooth the background music plays!
What about you guys, do you have any experience with yoga?
Time for another video! 300 grams down this week - that's quite okay:-)
Next week I'm gonna try something new: Instead
of eating only two large meals a day I'm gonna try to divide my daily
food amount into 3-4 smaller meals a day to see if this will increase my
weight loss:-)
Have a great week and see you next sunday! Hugs Maja
We'we been so good the last couple of weeks with our diets and now exercise that we decided to go out:-)
Our favorite restaurant is a mongolian bbq buffet where you can eat as much as you want and there are a lot of different choises:-)
Since we didn't want to compromise our diets we just ate 90% beef with garlic, soya and chilli and then some onions, leaks and mushrooms - it was sooooo good! And the amazing thing is that I'm not soore in my muscles as I was before - the proteins in the meet must have helped!
Exercise wise I'm currently working on body toning with elastic bands.
I train 2x weekly 30minutes for the upper body including arms and 2x weekly 30 minutes for the legs and booty;-)
Tomorrow we're going out to swim - it's been a while since last time so I'm a bit excited about how I'm gonna look in my bikini:-/...oh well, it's not gonna get better unless I just go and do it!
Btw. I lost 300g since last tuesday so yay me!:-D
Okay guys...this a bit of a messy post:-/
Oh well...have a great day!
Hugs
Maja

It was reaaly about time to buy some new running shoes especially because I often run outside now in uneaven terrain. Here are the ones I bought:
The shoes are from Reebok The style is called Trail Dirt Cutter
The shoes are designed for off roade terrains and uneaven trails wich is perfect for my needs. They have all kinds of cool features like the fact that they are super light and well ventilated. The shoes also provide good support.
I can't wait to take them for a spin later today!:-)
As you guys know I'm training to be able to run a 1ok this summer and a friend of mine told me about this site where you can share your results, see your stats, make routes and even take it with you on your smartphone and use it as your trainer via gps.....it's brilliant!
It has a lot of fun features and it's free:-)
You can add people you know as friends and follow or even challenge them if you like:-)
My name on endomondo.com is Maja Misz Pedersen and if you guys want to follow my progress or better yet challenge me just add me as a friend in there ^^
One week has passed and I've done an okay job considering how busy the week has been. Just updating and talking about how the week has passed regarding the weight loss:-) By the way I have a new goal due to a "tiny jeans" incident that I will be explaining in the video. There's some tips for you about how I get by my cravings as well...oh and there's a special guest starring from my doggies:-)

There's a whole new workout class comming to my gym that I have been thinking of trying out. I LOVE to dance and have danced both for fun and professionally so I think this could be something I'll enjoy:-) Here's a little introduction video that I found:-)
This amazing workout form is my all time favorite way to exercise:-) It's based on MMA but in a more aerobic kind of way. Very hard and very powerful fitness class! If you'd like to feel like a bad ass Ninja this is SO much a class for you;-)
I do this class once a week (I know - it's not much But I also have pump and bodybike that I need to do).
I'm SO fit for fight!!...Bring it on food cravings - This time I will win the battle and get my self respect back!
I try to excercice as mutch as I can. One of my favorite classes in my gym is Less Milles "Bodycombat" class. It's an one hour weightlift class with some coreografi that works all of your biggest muscle group. I pump twice a week. Here's a little intro of how it looks:
If you like to get stronger and work out in a class this is something you would like.
