Goofing around

Some days you just need to completely relax and stop taking your self so serious!!

So yesterday me and Lasse had one of those evenings:-)
We piled up with pillows in our bed, made some tea and healthy snacks, crawled into bed with our computer in our pj's and stayed there for the rest of the evening!

...Stare!...

We kind of got one of our "tandroms" where we goof around and act like little kids:-D
It's what we do some times...we just get a bit crazy:-)

The first walk in the fall with family:-)

So now it's official - fall is upon us!...in Denmark it has defenitely started to feel more or less as fall but that's okay because I love fall especially in the beginnings where everything turns golden and the wind still feels varm to your skin:-)

Eating Mongolian bbq the LCHF way:-)

We'we been so good the last couple of weeks with our diets and now exercise that we decided to go out:-)
Our favorite restaurant is a mongolian bbq buffet where you can eat as much as you want and there are a lot of different choises:-)

Since we didn't want to compromise our diets we just ate 90% beef with garlic, soya and chilli and then some onions, leaks and mushrooms - it was sooooo good! And the amazing thing is that I'm not soore in my muscles as I was before - the proteins in the meet must have helped! 

Exercise wise I'm currently working on body toning with elastic bands.
I train 2x weekly 30minutes for the upper body including arms and
2x weekly 30 minutes for the legs and booty;-)

 

Tomorrow we're going out to swim - it's been a while since last time so I'm a bit excited about how I'm gonna look in my bikini:-/...oh well, it's not gonna get better unless I just go and do it!

Btw. I lost 300g since last tuesday so yay me!:-D

Romantic day at the marina

Me and my sweety took a trip to a nearby marina the other day.
Just a little spontanious trip where we saw the most beautiful sunset:-)

We saw so many crabs it's crazy!

Nothing is better than a summer evening by the beach - just a perfect summer evening!

This was kinda a spontanious trip - so I really look casual and cosy.

8th and 3rd anniversary

Today me and Lasse have been together for 8 years and we've been married for 3 years!

Birthsday party!

My sweet baby brother just had his 18th birhday and had a huge party this weekend.
So the entire weekend went with helping out at the party (it was a sleepover)...luckely the weather was superb!:-D

FAQ video announcemet

I think it could be a lot of fun to make a video where I can anwser some of your qestions.
I've seen a lot of people do it on youtube and I really like that kind of videos because they give you an  opportunity to get to know the person a bit better:-)

After school today we had a lovely day at home with our hairy, 4-legged babies:-)
I of corse went to the gym (my second home) for a  body combat class and a little 3k run at the treadmill later:-)

If I don't work out as much as I can I won't loose the damn weight so I really have to be careful and just do it!
