Cute hairstyles for fall

Wherever I look I see either messy, wavy or braided hairstyles this fall.
Which is PERFECT for us "boho nerds"!!:-)

Let's just take a closer look on these high fashion hair trends shall we? :-)

BRAIDED HAIR:

• You have your classical braid, fish braid and all the other kinds of braid here. Try to keep the style a bit messy if possible in order to give it that natural look.

• And then you have the half and half braid where you let some of your hair loose and the other loosly braided. I personally LOVE this look!

WAVES:

You guys probably know by now how much I love wavy hairstyles.
This fall the madnes goes on and I can still go around rocking my waves:-P

- Oh by the way, I was thinking about making some video tutorials on how I curl my hair with and without heat - would you like me to do them for you?

•   Okay, okay maby this ain't exactly "boho" hairstyles but I could just scream for this hair!

My new wig for fall/winter - Milli by Fretress Equal

It was thank's to hairfashionmom2's review on youtube  that I found this wig - and I'm sooo in love with the style!
It's so "urban Nümph" and boheme ....so me! :-P

She's called "Milli" and she's from the "deep invisible part" collection by Freetress Equal:)
It's made from futura fibres (my favourite!) and therefor heat safe - which is GREAT because I want to flat iron the top a bit in order to give it a more "casual bohemian" look;-)

The color that I want is called PO27.
It has darker roots (which is always a good thing because it makes the hair look more realistic) and I think that it's gonna blend very well with my own hair color.

How I got rid of my orange hair + hair care

Where to buy Freetress Equal wigs in UK

If you search on wigs on YouTube you will most likely end up looking at some kind of a review of a  Freetress Equal wig.
They are super popular and and especially in the US they are as common as tooth paste hehe :-P

 You can get them from various sellers like wigs.com, vougewigs.com etc.
But it's expensive and takes some time to get them across the ocean if you order them from the states.

I however found  a seller from UK on ebay that I have been buying from whenever I feel the urge to buy yet another Freetress wig^^
The price is not that bad considering how much one have to spent on shipping and taxes when ordering from US or Asia:-)

Wig review - "Cosabella" by Forever Young

I finaly got around doing this review for you guys:-)
To tell you the truth I think I've been avoiding it because this is like the greatest wig ever and I really wanted to make this review count...well anyway here it is:

She's made from kanekalone fibres and in my video I'm wearing her in the color 24BT18 and Monique is displaying her in the color 4-27-30 (I say 4-27-12 in the video - sorry).

Cosplay wigs

I'm thinking about ordering a fun cosplay wig but there are just SO many that I like that I'm having a hard time chosing one:-)

I really like this one!
I will order some more of this style later this year in some lighter colors because this is a beauty:-)
The hair texture is absolutely AMAZING! It's made of futura fibers and they feel and look as if it was real hair and who wouldb't like that?! :-D

Wig review "You sexy thing" by Forever Young (the alien wig)

Time for another review...this time I'm reviewing the "You sexy thing" wig by Forever young.
She is a medium length wig with long bangs and gorgeous layers in color 1b.
Everything is great except the skin top.....the skin top is GREY AND SHINY...so yeah that's really not the two things I look for in a wig:-/

A lovely "video making" day

Today yours truly went home to my mom's to shoot some video's for you guys:-)
The weather was- as always these days, lovely!
Both me and Lasse had the whole day off so we just spend it hanging out at my mom's and afterwards we just hung out at home:-)
Lasse planted some new chilli plants (we like spice hot chillies) and I surfed a round on the internet.
Later we will play some Eden Eternal ^^

Update on my 3rd week of VLCD;
Doing really good this week:-D
I'm keeping my calorie intake at the bare minimum - I feel strongly motivated and I don't have cravings so that's very positive:-)
A fellow youtuber has sent me a video on dieting that has inspired me so I'm really feeling good this week!

Look of the day:

I'm just wearing some light blue jeans leggings and a black dress with poofy shoulders. The hair that I'm rocking is my new "Cosabella" in color 4/27/30 -  let me tell you, this color is made for me I swear! It just melts right in with my real hair color:-)
And it's just SO pretty:-)
I will make a review of this wig in this color soon and post it here on my blog and on my youtube channel:-)

Joey was so happy to see us today that he almost "hugged" Lasse back:-D...so cute!<3

How to make your wigs blend in with your own hair

A little spontaneous video for you that I just recorded:-)
I couldn't make my own hair to blend in with the wig that I'm wearing (Cosabella  from Forever young in color 24BT18) so in order to be able to wear it I had to think out of the box...so I did and I got a bit creative and I discovered a way for you guys to wear wigs in colors that differs a lot from your own hair color and STILL make it look totally natural in the front ^^ :-P

My new wigs have arrived! ^^

What a lovely surprise I got today when coming home after a long day at school:-)
A big parcel with 7 new wigs was waiting for me at my front door!
So happy as I was I started to toss them on one by one having the time if my life:-D (yes...I really DO love wigs hehe)..
Besides the wigs I just bought a new cardigan that I have on today - very pretty:-)

LOOK OF THE DAY

I took some pics of the wigs on my kitchen table and some of the cardigan and some of me WITH the cardigan on and one of the wigs I got;-)

The wig on the picture is my new "Cosabella" by Forever young in color 24BT18.

It's just an ordinary cardigan but I think it's very cute.
It's form fitted and it has a pocten on each side.
It's made of 100% cotton so that's a plus as well.

Can't wait to show you guys all the wigs:-)

My DIY Halo/flip in Extensions:-) Extensions without clips!

They are just so easy to make and so quick to take in and out of your own hair:-)

Some questions that I have anwsered:

1. Doesn't the "fishing" line hurt?
    -No, the hair on the halo isn't that heavy so you don't really notice that the hair is being held by the line. It's not painful at all! As a matter a fact I find this method much more comfortable to wear than clips:-)

2. Does this method damage my hair?
    - No it's very gentle and is used for extending children's hair (for pageant, modeling and stuff).

3. I don't seem to get how to attach the fishing line in place?
    - Just put it under your glued weft, put it to your head and measure how much fishing line you'll need to have it all around your head. Then just glue/sow the line under the glued wefts:-)

ps: I will make a video with exact step-by-step instructions as soon as I will get some new extensions:-)

pps: You can try to google or youtube flip in/halo extensions if youd like some more info about this method - it's the same thing as the homemade ones...(you just get a more customized/cheap and voluminous hair set with the DYI method).

How I make my frontlace wigs look more natural

This is my take on how to wear front lace wigs:-)
I think that it is very hard for white people to wear cheap front lace wigs and making them look natural - especially if the lace is like 1 inch wide/long!

So after some experimenting I found a way to conquer both dilemmas;-)
