Well for me Boho is not just a style but also a way to be.
The inspiration is taken from the 60'ies and the 70'ies but you can mix all kind of decades into the mix - there are no rules!
One thing that describes boho style is the vintage/hippie look.
The hair is long, natural and wavy, the accessories are often big and in focus (like a hat, big glasses, big bracelets, head bands etc.).
The use of natural materials as suede, leather, whool, feathers in natural colors are the key ingrediens!
I personally find this style very romantic and feminin...It connects nature with fashion and it's a very casual and comfortable style that looks very stylish on any body shape.
The BEST thing about this style is that it doesn't have to cost a fortune to get this look!
Most of the things you can get in thrift stores and second hand stores for a very reasonable price:-)
Vintage is in BIG times!
The accessories you can propably find in you grandmothers or mothers old jevelery box!
Now for the bohemian make up you have to be careful not to go too crazy with the colors!
It's okay with, for example, smokey eyes, some blush and pale lips but you really have to think "natural" for your routines and not use too much of foundation and bright colors. Just try to keep your color pallet near earth/nature tones and you'll be all right!
The accessories are very omportant in the bohemian wardrope!
I think that boho is PERFECT for people that bear nature close at heart. In my opinion the boho style is a statement that goes hand in hand with the eviroment frendliness, love of nature and animals, the love for vintage and second hand things, respect for- and honoring the past generations and to taking time to appreciate what life is really all about... but maby that's just me?!:-P
See you guys tomorrow!

My new wig for fall/winter - Milli by Fretress Equal
It was thank's to hairfashionmom2's review on youtube that I found this wig - and I'm sooo in love with the style!
It's so "urban Nümph" and boheme ....so me! :-P
She's called "Milli" and she's from the "deep invisible part" collection by Freetress Equal:)
It's made from futura fibres (my favourite!) and therefor heat safe - which is GREAT because I want to flat iron the top a bit in order to give it a more "casual bohemian" look;-)
< <<< ------- Like that!
The color that I want is called PO27.
It has darker roots (which is always a good thing because it makes the hair look more realistic) and I think that it's gonna blend very well with my own hair color.
If you want to watch the review which made me want to buy this wig click on this link:

Stay tuned for my rewiev of this wig in a months time:-)

Thrift shopping - second hand fashion
You know how I love to go treasure hunting in second hand stores. You can find stunning pieces for a fraction of the normal price and you can get some really uniqe things:-)
Today it was just an awfull weather. It was raining and you could almost smell that the fall is here already.
So in the spirit of the cold and wet weather I descided to go thrift shopping at a local "red croos" store.
Every season I spice my wardrope up with some cool pieces that are second hand - it's not only fashionable - it's common sence and good for the eviroment! ;-)
So if you like some of my new items I urge you to go on your own little thrift adventure and see what treasures you'll find at your local second hand store:-)
I'll be back tomorrow with a new post!
Now I'm off to my sewing kit - I have a jacket that I need to cut into pieces and jumpers that need elbow patches and shoulder pads;-) (I'll be posting a "DIY tutorial" on that soon!)

| Yay! Going to the second hand store:-D |

| I Bought this brown suede juacket for my "pocket and elbow patch" project for this fall ^^ |
So in the spirit of the cold and wet weather I descided to go thrift shopping at a local "red croos" store.
![]() |
| Under 1 dollar for this wonderful minty green scarf! |
![]() |
| This is my "special project" jumper. I'm gonna sew in elbow and shoulder patches in it and wear it with the russian hat below, my Ugg's and a pair of warm pantyhoes ^^ |
![]() |
| I like the metalic buttons on the shoulders - that's very "in" this season;-)...maby I'm gonna sew in some elbow patches in this piece aswell. What do you guys think?... |
![]() |
| This is just such a cute piece! It's 100% silk with shoulder pads - soooo pleased with this purchase...only 2 dollars ^^ |
![]() |
| It doesn't look of much but I've already started on sewing in a suede pocket in it and it looks great! |
![]() |
| So here you can see how it's gonna look. The shiny material is just perfect for the suede pocket because it makes the pocket really styand out! |
![]() |
| Now I only have to sew the pocket in:-) I'm thinking of usind a brown thread. |
![]() |
| This is just a basic rusty red blouse but the color really works on me and with a cool cardigan it's gonna look great! |

My new Whooga UGG boots have arrived!:-D yay!
I'm just soooo pleased with these boots:-)
The leather is butter soft and the inside of the shoe is warm and fluffy - basically like walking on a cloud!
I ordered them thursday late on the evening and got them Tuesday by a nice DHL delivery man:-)
That's one of the great things when ordering from UK - the shipping time is phenomenal and you don't have to pay extra for import fees.
I will be making a video review of my new best friends shortly so stay tuned for my honest opinion;-) you can watch it either here on my blog or on my YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/prettyprincesse84dk
The boots are made from 100% Australian sheep skin and many people compare them to the brand "Ugg Australia" in both comfort and quality.
I think that real Ugg boots are generally a tad pricey but I guess that quality and price go hand in hand:-/ I payed 89 British Pounds for them and about 13 puonds for the shipping (express delivery).
In comparison to the "Ugg Australia" brand Whooga are WAY CHEAPER!!!
The color that I ordered is called "chocolate brown" and my shoes are the tall classic model.
You can also buy them in a shorter version.
Oh and did I mention that right now Whooga is having a HUGE sale where you can save 40% on these boots!?? ^^
So to sum up; I'm a very pleased costumer and I have very warm feet!:-)
See you guys tommorow and don't forget to stop by to watch my Whooga review which will be up some time next week:-)

My weight loss journey with LCHF week 4
Hey guys!
First of all sorry for the delay of this video:-S I just didn't have the time to make it in time and I really strive to make these updates on the same day as I post them so the updates are fresh and 100% honest:-)
The "dividing my food into several meals a day" apporach backfired tremendously so no weight loss this week:-/
Next weeks approach: high protein level and back to two large meals a day.
Fingers crossed that something will finally start to happen as I'm feeling a bit down over the effort I'm putting into loosing weight when nothing seems to happen.
Hope you guys have a great week!
Big hugs
Maja

Why is yoga so hard?!!??
I'm writing this while my body aches like it's been run over by a train or something!
*sigh*...so I wanted to try this yoga thing that everyone is talking so fondly about....BIGGEST mistake ever!
While everyone talks about how it "relaxes" your body and "helps" you get in "ballace" I did not have that experience at all!
Most of the poses we did I just kept thinking that "my body just broke" and often I seriously didn't know how on earth I would get out of the poses again- without calling the ambulance that is!:-/
...So after the most fear strucking yoga lesson ever my body seriously just felt like crying...
I guess that my body just isn't made for all those wierd poses. My arms are too short and my torso too long and my legs just not flexible ennough:S The only peace I felt during this "relaxing" hour was when it all ended and I could literary crawl out to shower the pain away:-P
So yeah...no yoga for me thank you!
What about you guys, do you have any experience with yoga?
