LCHF - fun with oopsie's

Ahh oopsies - LCHF's bread replacement....So simple yet so good!

I've been eating these babies for some time now and found out that with very small modifications you can use them as so much more than "just" oopsies:-)

The basic recepee:
3 eggs
1 table spoon baking powder
200g cream cheese (full fat)
1 table spoon linseeds
a pinch of salt

1. Seperate the yolks from the whites.
2. Mix the egg whites with the salt until you dare putting the bowl upside down over your head.
3. Mix the yolks with the rest of ingredients.
4. Gently stir the yolk mass with the egg whites.

Make 6-8 oopsies.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden at 200 degrees celcius/ 390 degrees fahrenheit.
As an inspiration: todays lunch - oopsies with home made tuna salad!

Now for the fun part:

Suggestion 1.
By adding some vanilla and some stevia (perhaps a couple of blueberries) you'll get some nice pancakes that you can serve with whipped creme:-)

Suggestion 2.
By making just one big oopsie you can turn it to a pizza buttom. bake for 12 minutes, take out, put your toppings on and bake for 20 minutes:-)

Suggestion 3.
Use a cream cheese with flavour (urbs, toscana, chilli etc.) and add some grated cheese and/or fried bacon to the egg yolk mass. That way you'll get some very tasty buns that you can use for your lunch:-)

Suggestion 4.
By adding a bit of sesame on top you can make your own burger buns - very tasty and so easy!

Suggestion 5.
If you drop the baking powder from the recipee and make the oopsies more rectangular you'll end up with a sort of tortillas that you can make a delicious wrap with:-)
- Try it with some chicken, asparagus and some greens!

Okay, that's just what I could find from the top of my head!
But it gives you an idea of how versatile this recipee is:-)
Be creative and have fun with it!

The best home made scrub mask in the world!

This is truely the best scrub mask that I have EVER tried!
It leaves your skin baby soft and well nourished:-)
Dark brown sugar is moist and has much smoother grain texture than ordinary sugar making it perfect for facial scrubs!

Super Sugar Scrub mask:

All you'll need is some dark brown sugar

Wash your face with luke water and start to gently massage the sugar in circular movements onto your face.
Massage for about 5 minutes until the sugar almost desolve into a sticky mass.

NOTE: You might need to apply some more water on your palms to melt the sugar into your face.
Let it sit on your face for another 15 minutes before you wash your face.

The theory on this mask is that your skin doesn't get ennough sugar which it needs in order to stay elastic and vibrant.

I promise that you will see immediate results:-)
enjoy your scrub!
.....oh....and this mask is also great as a body scrub under the shower;-)

Fun kawaii/gyaru inspired bags for fall!

As you all know I'm a sucker for accessories like bags, shoes, jewelery and so on.
Here's some fun and cute bags I would LOVE to own:-)
They can be purchased at:
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Sole-Affair
This one is just so girly! And given my current obsession with american and british flag I would def wear this!

I don't know if I like this one or not but you gotta admit - it's a fun bag!
Just a girly and cute tote. I'll bet it's perfect for beach too!
Stars and a cute keychain - I think it's very nice:-)

Look at the pink ribbon and all the cool pink details! Yummy!
I know that this one is black and all but the pink ribbon and the heart makes this a great bag!
I'm obsessed with stars! This could be a great make up bag!

I love animal print and I just love how nice this bag is accessorized
I just love the cute "bling bling" hearts anf the keychain!
