This amazing workout form is my all time favorite way to exercise:-)
It's based on MMA but in a more aerobic kind of way.
Very hard and very powerful fitness class!
If you'd like to feel like a bad ass Ninja this is SO much a class for you;-)

I do this class once a week (I know - it's not much But I also have pump and bodybike that I need to do).

I'm SO fit for fight!!...Bring it on food cravings - This time I will win the battle and get my self respect back!
