I try to excercice as mutch as I can.
One of my favorite classes in my gym is Less Milles "Bodycombat" class.
It's an one hour weightlift class with some coreografi that works all of your biggest muscle group.
 I pump twice a week.

If you like to get stronger and work out in a class this is something you would like.
